Marry, Date or Dump: Mr. Darcy, Jay Gatsby and Rhett Butler

I’ve picked three of the most dashing men in classic literature, and now the choice is up to you. Choose who you would marry, date and dump from the eligible bachelors below. It’s a tough choice, but if anyone wonders who my top literary lover is here is a very sexy lake scene than should make my decision crystal clear. Good luck with this one!Β

  1. Too easy – marry Darcy, date Rhett (who will always love Scarlett and make a horrible husband) and dump Gatsby.

  2. Well… Marry Darcy (because who wouldn’t), date Jay (anyone willing to go out a limb and create a false identity for himself just to win me back is worth the date) and dump Rhett.

  3. This is a pretty difficult one. I’d marry Mr. Darcy (duh) and probably date Jay Gatsby, dump Rhett Butler. But it’s really close between Gatsby and Rhett. Ask me on another day and I’m sure my answer would be different.

  4. HAHAHA I SUCK AT MAKING DECISIONS! I swear I stopped here at your site, staring at the screen and thinking really hard for a full five minutes before deciding to give up. But anyway, would just like to tell you that I love your blog, and that I’m nominating you for the sunshine award. πŸ™‚ check out my blog post for more info πŸ™‚
