Wordless Wednesday: Better Book Titles

Sorry for the late Wordless Wednesday! I promise I put together a post last night and scheduled it, but as of this morning it has disappeared. I suspect an internet ghost is at work. Anyways, see more better book titles here and enjoy! (also sorry for the words and that this is so long I got kind of carried away.)

  1. Oh, some of these got me laughing out loud.
I’ve always been curious about translated titles. In the U.S. we read “The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo” but it’s title (originally by the author, so I call it the “real” title) is “Men Who Hate Women.” That’s a little different. Interesting, no?
Thanks for sharing, and for a fun lesson in “the importance of choosing an appropriate title.”

  2. Ah! Another fabulous wordless wednesday post I feel the need to make posters of and hang in my classroom.

    • oh my goodness, you are too much! Thanks! That is very sweet. Even though we are more than 2 years out of college Alison L and I are still definitely English majors (aka book geeks) at heart!
